Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Mille Premium Furniture ("Mille", "we", "us"), almost every piece is handcrafted to order in Europe to the dimensions, fabric, and finish you choose. Because our furniture is made specifically for you, this policy explains when an order can be cancelled, when an item can be returned, and how refunds are handled. It applies to purchases made through Mille for delivery in Saudi Arabia.

2. Inspect Your Delivery

Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. If you notice any transport damage, note it with the delivery team and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve it quickly. We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are satisfied that the item is in good condition.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, we will make it right at no cost to you. Depending on the situation, we will:

Manufacturing defects are also covered by our 24-month warranty against faults in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

4. Cancelling an Order

Because production begins soon after your order is confirmed, you may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of confirming your order, provided manufacturing has not yet started. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, as the piece is being custom-made for you.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

As each piece is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has started. This does not affect your rights regarding damaged or defective items described above.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Delivery charges are non-refundable except where an item is damaged or defective.
