The S4 exists because people kept asking for something softer. Not everyone wants a firm sofa. Some people just want to sink in after work and not move for three hours.

We use HR foam because regular soft foam goes flat within a year or two. HR foam bounces back. Combined with European fabric that can handle actual daily use—not just occasional sitting.

24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural issues. Normal wear from use is not covered—basically anything that's our fault, not wear from use.
How do I clean and maintain my Soft fabric sofa in Saudi Arabia's climate?
Vacuum weekly with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth—never rub. Most of our fabrics are easy-clean and can be spot-treated with mild soap and water. We recommend professional cleaning once yearly.

Yes! The Soft S4's tough fabrics (rated for heavy use) handle daily family use. We recommend our Brooklyn or Quartz collections for households with children or pets—these resist stains better and are easy to clean. The plywood frame handles daily use well.

What is Mille's return and exchange policy for furniture in Saudi Arabia?
Custom orders are final—we make them just for you, so we can't resell them. Stock items can be returned within 7 days if unused. If something arrives damaged or wrong, obviously we'll sort that out.
How big is the Soft S4, and how many people does it seat?
The Soft S4 measures 248×124 cm. As a guide, allowing about 60 cm of seat width per person, that seats around 4 comfortably. It is made to order, so we can build it wider or narrower — just share your space.
