The Soft C315 Story 

## For People Who Really Use Their Sofa





Some people want a sofa that looks good for guests. Other people want one they can actually relax on . The C315 is for the second group. Deep seats, thick padding, the kind of soft that makes you cancel plans.

The L-shape means everyone gets their own space . One person stretches out on the chaise, someone else sits upright on the other end. No fighting over the corner seat.

We use HRR foam with natural goose feathers on top. The foam keeps it from going flat after a year , the fiber makes it feel soft when you sit down. Most cheap sofas pick one or the other.

How long is delivery to Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam? The Soft C315 is custom made in Europe and delivered to Saudi Arabia in 6 to 14 weeks. This is considered fast for custom European furniture shipped to Riyadh and across KSA.

Is assembly included with furniture delivery in Saudi Arabia? Yes. Our delivery team handles setup and positioning of your Soft sofa. They remove all packaging materials. Service available in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia.

How do I clean and maintain my Soft fabric sofa in Saudi Arabia's climate? Vacuum weekly with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth—never rub. Most of our fabrics are easy-clean and can be spot-treated with mild soap and water. We recommend professional cleaning once yearly.

Is the Soft C315 suitable for families with children and pets? Yes! The Soft C315's tough fabrics (rated for heavy use) handle daily family use. We recommend our Brooklyn or Quartz collections for households with children or pets—these resist stains better and are easy to clean. The plywood frame handles daily use well.

What is Mille's return and exchange policy for furniture in Saudi Arabia? Custom orders are final. We make them just for you, so we can't resell them. Stock items can be returned within 7 days if unused. If something arrives damaged or wrong, obviously we'll sort that out.

How big is the Soft C315, and how many people does it seat? The Soft C315 measures 341×124 cm. As a guide, allowing about 60 cm of seat width per person, that seats around 5 comfortably. It is made to order, so we can build it wider or narrower — just share your space.
