side sleepers
The Sardinia is built for side sleepers. If you sleep on your back or stomach most of the night, this probably isn't the right mattress for you.
Side sleeping puts pressure on narrow points - your shoulder and hip. If your mattress is too firm there, you wake up with numbness, tingling, or pain. This mattress is softer in those zones.
The trade-off: it's not firm enough for back sleepers who need more lumbar support. And stomach sleepers will sink in too much, causing back strain.
