If your partner's movements wake you up, a pocket spring mattress like this reduces the problem but doesn't eliminate it. You'll still feel large movements, but not every small shift.
How it works: each spring compresses independently. On a connected spring system, pressure on one side creates a wave across the whole mattress. Pocket springs limit this.
Good for couples with different sleep schedules. If one person goes to bed at midnight and the other wakes at 5am, the getting-in and getting-out movements are less disruptive.
The memory foam layer on top adds body heat retention. If you sleep hot, consider the Saamos instead - it has better airflow but less motion isolation.
