Built to sleep

If you wake up sweating, or constantly flip your pillow to find the cool side, the Saamos might help. It uses materials that don't trap heat the way memory foam does.
The combination of horse hair, latex, and wool creates layers that let heat escape. Memory foam absorbs your body heat and holds it. These materials move it away.
It won't make your room colder. It just doesn't trap your body heat the way foam mattresses do. If your AC is set to 24-25°C, you should be comfortable without waking up hot.
The downside: horse hair mattresses need good bed frame ventilation (slats, not a solid base). They're also heavier and more expensive than foam. But they last longer.
