M22 is 310—170cm—the mid-size Milano modular. Bigger than apartment-compact models, smaller than villa-scale. Works in rooms from about 18sqm. Seats 4-5 comfortably.
The modular design means you can add sections later if you move to a bigger place. Sections connect with hidden brackets. We deliver in pieces and assemble on site.
Made to order—plywood frame, high-density foam, high Martindale fabric options. Production is 12-14 weeks. 24-month warranty on frame, 2 years on fabric. No sleeper in this model—check M21 if you need that.
