Do you deliver furniture to Jeddah and Dammam?

Yes — to every city in Saudi Arabia. Once your made-to-order piece reaches the Kingdom, final local delivery to Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah and Madinah takes 5–7 business days.

Is furniture assembly service included?

Yes, professional assembly is included at no extra cost. Our technicians assemble and position your furniture exactly where you want it.

Can I track my furniture delivery?

Yes, you'll receive tracking updates via WhatsApp and email. Our team calls before delivery to confirm timing.

What if my furniture arrives damaged?

All shipments are fully insured. We replace or repair any damaged items at no cost. Please inspect upon delivery and report any issues.

Do you deliver to apartments and villas?

Yes, we deliver to any floor. Buildings without elevators may have additional charges for floors above the 3rd floor.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change your delivery address up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date by contacting us via WhatsApp.
